June 2014

Oh no, the days are going so fast.  We're already into the middle of summer!  The days are beautiful and it's so fun to have everyone HOME and relaxing together!
A few pictures of the end of school:

Ella and Taylor Fitzsimmons did a darling dance at the End of Year Talent Show for their school!

Olivia had a birthday party for turning 6 at Chuck E Cheese with some friends from her cousins and kindergarten and church friends.

Noah is supposed to go with the picture of this gift!  Sorry, didn't catch him!
Colton was very excited that this friend, Alex, made it.
He told us that dad is married to mom, Olivia is going to marry Noah, and he is going to marry Alex.  We were so happy but surprised to know the big plans he has in his future with her!
Other big news, Olivia (and Noah!) graduated from kindergarten together!
It was a GREAT first year of school for Olivia, with lots of wonderful friends, a kind teacher and lots of learning and growth for her.  She's enjoying learning to read, making up dances, still full of personality and is looking forward to "getting dropped off at the step" next year, instead of having me walk her to class!  I know how that goes...for the first week, and then everyone loves to walk to class with mommy in hand!  That is until they reach this age:

And then they MEAN it!
I wish that I had pictures of Anna at her 2nd year of Girls Camp, but I lost my camera.  She had a great time with Jane, Emma, Annabella and Sofia, and Taylor.  Such great girls in our ward!!!!  At least someone missed me.  I worked in the kitchen for a few days.
Anna finished the school year with a fun track meet.  She did 6 events and got lots of ribbons and medals.

Anna visited her grandfather's grave on Memorial Day.  We really respect him as a successful  Captain in the Navy in WWII.
More honor roll pictures to finish up her 7th grade year at Redeemer!  Way to go Anna!  She works darn hard at school.  I'm happy to have a break from all that homework, and I don't even do it.
Ella loving pool days with friends.
Ella was matchy-matchy with Taylor and Mia at the Daddy-Daughter dance that I forgot to document in May.

Awesome!  Harris Ranch for 3 days of pool time, food, tv and fun hotel time!
Eric celebrated his b-day with steak and another pair or two of Vans.
Colton was pretty stoked, actually everybody was pretty excited, to dog sit for a few days.
Recouping with grandpa after his knee surgery!  Nothing better than hanging with grandpa who is doing great and magically recovers from any sickness or surgery that comes his way!
This was a great meal and night out for us!    Happy Anniversary Eric!  You are the best and I love you so much!  Here's to another great 15 years!!!!
