June Summer Days

Baby Anna decided to get her ears pierced for her 10 year birthday coming up next month. Eric in the background, has been camera shy lately, so since this is probably the biggest and best picture of him I will be allowed to put in here, I'd just like to do a quick shout out to him, and thank him for all he does for our family, since we just had Father's Day.
I am very lucky to be married and have Eric as our kids' dad. He is so much fun, cracking us all up. He loves being outside with the kids, love being their soccer and basketball coaches, taking them to the park and wrestling and shooting hoops in the backyard with them. He's fun to watch movies and Dancing with the Stars and all other shows with, since he gives comments and opinions, and lets us have our say, and makes us all laugh. He is compassionate when you have a problem or feel down. He loves life, the gospel, current events and reading. H will drop everything to go to the ocean, the bookstore or the outlets. He is competitive, but will let you win! He is a great guy and we all adore him. Happy Father's Day Eric.

My dad also deserves a little attention for being a handsome, athletic, smart and talented dad. I appreciate all he's done for me the older I get-that's the way it works, right?

And Grandpa Craig, with his mean barbecue, and all his charms and glamorous lifestyle, always makes our kids feel important, loved and amazing. Thanks Grandpa! Happy Father's Day to you also.

All of a sudden, Olivia got real busy.

A perfect picture of Colton's summer activities, in the carseat watching everyone else have fun!

Doing tricks and getting crazy in gymnastics with Teacher Bridget, all of our kids' favorite teacher!

I'm 3 Years Old and All Things DORA

IT'S NOT EVERY DAY THAT YOU ARE CROWNED PRINCESS! Happy 3rd birthday our sweet, wonderful Olivia. You are such a blessing to us! We love you so much!

Anna was the surprise visitor....Dora herself! Olivia keeps asking when she will come back from the Animal Rescue Center, where Anna told her she was going at the end of the party. Very convincing show!

Baby Camryn's Big Day

My little sister Tauna's third baby was blessed yesterday. I was great to have a whole day with the fam.

Trying to keep warm in June.

Here is my baby on his blessing day next to Camryn. Why does Colton look like he could fit 3 of her inside him? Congratulations Tauna!

Memorial Weekend

I love Memorial Day at Eric's parents. Talk about a delicious B-B-Q. It's their specialty, and the kids enjoy seeing and playing with each other very much. CAF and CAF Jr.

"In the hot", as Olivia says

This post has lots of sleeping, oh well, it's so cute to see sleeping kids together. The secret is out...sometimes we let kids go to sleep in our bed when they can't fall asleep, and then we are surprised how they always find each other. And then, just so I don't get a lecture about sleep habits, we put them back into their own beds. I don't mean to sound defensive, but I guess I really am embarassed that we can fall for this. O.k.

Anna at her end-of-the-year Dance Show. It was GREAT! They have an incredible dance teacher at their school and their performances can be very tear-producing. Terrific job Anna!

Olivia loves her music class. It gives me a little chance for some alone time! You know, adjusting to a new baby is magical, but can be a little sad too as it's harder to spread out attention evenly. She loves to sing and dance, this Olivia. And she bangs the instruments like no other. It's fun!

Anna and Colton both fell asleep in our bed and when we came back after a couple hours, they were right by each other! Babies are so funny that way. They just love to snuggle, right?

Trying to return Ella's frogs she got for Christmas. This was supposed to be a sad picture of us saying "good-bye" since we neglect them, (hello, going to the pet store for crickets with a newborn was probably not the best thing to take on) - but they couldn't take them back after 15 days, so we ended up buying more crickets and we are home again with our fire-bellied toads. I guess we'll try better now that we know they're really all ours. Notice Ella has lost both middle teeth!

Sleeping in...kind of...well, just cuddling...we are definately not sleeping quite as much as we'd like to yet!
