Finishing up April, May, and June 2015

Colton's 3's Class with Cousin Camryn

Hidden Villa hasn't changed a bit since we were there on field trips, 35 years ago!

Colton also took swimming lessons

Congratulations to Eric and Ella for another winning season playing soccer!

She has become a top scorer!  yeah Ella!
fro-yo celebration party after school.  It was worth all the hard work!
Another Daddy Daughter Dance!  They always come home sweaty, happy and with some good stories after these nights!

My mom treated all the girls in our family to a trip to see the Ellen show in LA.

My mom got treated to plates created by her grandchildren for Mother's Day.  That was a fun project!
We had another epic Easter Egg Hunt at Eric's parents house.
And I had one last spring piano recital!  Here are 3 of my 14 students.
A fun-filled 3 months!

Olivia's 7th Birthday Party!

Liv tells me everyday that she wishes that I dressed like the moms who wear high heals, skinny jeans and curled hair, when they drop off their kids at school.  I see her future dress uniform when she is a mom!  And she is going to be a great one.  Here are all of her children, and some of Colton's superheros, at the drive-in movie yesterday:

So, Renee bought Olivia a real American Girl doll, and she got to take her out to lunch with her cousins for her 7th birthday party.  She has spent the last few days dressing and taking care of Julie and changing into her outfits from Grandma Nan and playing with her new Barbie jeep and Barbie house from Grandma Dee.  She has an ever growing family that is keeping her busy.  Let's see her do it all in high heels when she gets older.
She jumped into our bed first thing on her birthday to open her presents.
Wow, Julie has a lot of very long hair!  yes

Happy Birthday Liv!!!!

Anna's 8th Grade Graduation

The biggest news of the last three months was that the school year has ended, and Anna graduated from 8th grade from Redeemer Lutheran Middle School!  Here she is at the 8th Grade Banquet.  The 7th graders have a tradition of picking a theme and decorating and serving the 8th graders, parents and staff.     If you can't tell, they picked Safari, and it was really fun and well done!  Lots of vines, monkeys and greenery.
Anna, Tamarah, Ashley and Principal Mr. Mancini
There was a slide show of all the kids growing up, and we caught Anna's 4 pictures on tape.  sob sob

We also enjoyed her 8th Grade Graduation with both sets of grandparents.

Jane and Grace came to watch the ceremony...they will finally be at the same school again next year!
