Ella turned 9!

Ella, our animal lover, got to go horse back riding for her 9th birthday with 3 friends at Webb Ranch.

First, they learned about grooming and riding horses.

Then, they did it around the ring.

Followed by a trail ride into the hills.

When, they came back, they were very excited and in love with the personality of each horse they had. I thought they'd be scared, but they loved it.
Ella also got to have a birthday/good-bye party with some of her favorite 4th grade girls at the movies.  Lucky girl.

These Olson girls are leaving to Switzerland for 2 years.  We'll miss then.

Ella is a delight.  Fun, loves math, super flexible, kind of crazy and "the best cuddler in the family"...her favorite title.

Soccer Season has Ended

Soccer season has ended.  Very exciting season!  Anna's team won the U12 Championship with Anna scoring the top number of goals in her division.  Ella's team came in 2nd in the U10 Division.  Eric spent 4 1/2 hours 2 nights a week on the soccer field, and two games each Saturday.  He loved coaching and spending time with his girls and their friends and team-mates.  We got plenty of support this year.

Lots of nice new kids on the teams and their siblings became good friends.

Now onto Winter Select for Anna.  She'll be playing in the dark and cold on a really nice team this winter.  She doesn't seem to mind playing outside in the winter under the lights.  We're so glad she found a sport she enjoys so much!

Happy Late Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving dinner and time at Grandma and Grandpa Fraser's, complete with kick-ball tournament in the court afterwards with all of their great neighbors.
